Another nice trial bottles from Tokyo Whisky Festival. Those are new borns from Sasanokawa Shuzo, known as Yamazakura. Sherry butt, American White Oak and Mizunara cask only 4months matured. They are still young obviously but start showing their cask flavors in depth. Very much interesting bottles so that I couldn’t stop purchasing one of them…!
