Can you tell where it is?! It’s Helios Shuzo, located in most southern part of Japan – Okinawa island! They are famous in Awamori production(made from Thai-rice with black koji mold) , and about 2,600 casks are rest under maturation warehouse (backside view is first warehouse rapped by ivy). Reki is their pure malt whisky which has been released since this year. They will continue to make small batch of whisky so we can expect more to come!
