Do you know Wakatsuru Shuzo? They make good whisky like Sunshine 1990 or Saburomaru. Today their new bottle Sunshine Premium, 40% ABV blended, have been released and I got chance to have it today! It’s color is very white and it’s nose tells youngness. Amaizingly palate is smooth with thick cask flavor and little green tea. I recommend to have it with soda and lemon. Very nice one for everyday’s dram.
