Komagatake is 4yo but tasts like 10yo Hakushu – fresh mint and clear, pint focused sharpness of oak flavor.
3rd & 4th pic – Mars distillery seminar slides
Mars distillery seminar was very much fun – their struggle history, their facility secrets (especially thier steel made fermentation tank) and brave trial of malts selection to filling to the barrel. I can’t share the details but from thier stories, I believe Mars will continue thier prosperity in the long run…!!
