Nagahama Distillery Non Peated 3 months Mini Cask Special.
Finally I decided to bottling my cask after 3 months maturation from new pot. And found that my house angels are heavy drinkers – about 30% has gone!!
Note: Deep honey, nutmeg, mash potato and a hint of new tire
Palate: Thick prune, boiled corn and a pinch of black pepper
Finish: Thickness of creamy cheese with black pepper.
Deepness cannot tell its freshness.
It is so nice on the rock where you can feel the sweetness without it’s youngness!
