Yamazakura Pure Malt Whisky produced by Sasanokawa Shuzo.
It’s nose is like shochu with fresh citrus sudachi. It has tobacco and unripe green tomato palate and the finish is like ale beer. Very interesting Shochu-like Japanese whisky! .
