Wakatsuru/Saburomaru Moon Glow 10yo blended.
Fresh white cedar, lemon and banana cake nose. Palate is sleek and Japanese pepper with fruit cake. Finish comes with some metal faint.
This is good as ice cubes and very much different from Sunshine’s flavor.
